About Doreen
Doreen Ibeh is a Lagos-born entrepreneur, brand strategist, project manager and community architect who founded Dee Topstore, a community-first platform she has grown over six years into a thriving ecosystem for creators and business owners. She launched and hosted the Dee Topstore Creator Fest, appeared on News Central TV to discuss women in entrepreneurship and financial access, and contributed a chapter titled To The Woman Becoming to the She Is Whole women's wellness book. Known for blending creative vision with operational precision, she has built a reputation for leading impactful conversations around AI, mentorship, wellness and the future of digital communities.

For over six years, I've built at the intersection of creativity, systems and human connection, helping ideas grow into platforms with real cultural and operational impact. My work spans across brand development, project leadership, community building and strategic operations, all grounded in thoughtful storytelling, meaningful collaboration and a commitment to building work that lasts.
Currently, I serve as PMO Lead at Baywood Holdings Group, where I am leading the development of the company's first Project Management Office across its expanding portfolio. My work involves designing governance systems, operational frameworks, reporting structures and internal processes that support long-term growth with clarity and accountability.
